Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within selected barangays and cities in the Philippines. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your area.
Delivery Times
Same Barangay: 1-2 days
Nearby Areas: 2-3 days
Other Cities: 3-5 days
* Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or bad weather.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and order total:
- •Same Barangay: Free delivery on select orders
- •Nearby Areas: ₱50-100 delivery fee
- •Other Cities: ₱100-200 delivery fee
Exact delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking
Track your order status from your Account page. You'll receive updates when your order is:
- Confirmed and being prepared
- Out for delivery
- Delivered successfully
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives:
- 1.Inspect the package for any visible damage
- 2.If using Cash on Delivery, prepare exact change if possible
- 3.Check items immediately after delivery
- 4.Report any issues within 24 hours
