We deliver quality products right to your doorstep. Here's what you need to know about our delivery service.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only within these areas in Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue City, Talisay City, Lapu-Lapu City, Consolacion, Minglanilla, Naga and Liloan. At checkout, choose your city and barangay. You can also pin your exact location on the map to help our rider find you; if you do, the pin must be inside the barangay you selected.
Delivery Times
Same Barangay: 1-2 days
Nearby Areas: 2-3 days
Other Cities: 3-5 days
* Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or bad weather.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and order total:
- •Free delivery: orders of ₱500 or more, and orders near our store (same barangay or within 5 km)
- •Other addresses: ₱75 to ₱156 depending on distance and city
Exact delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking
Track your order status from your Account page. You'll receive updates when your order is:
- Confirmed and being prepared
- Out for delivery
- Delivered successfully
Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives:
- 1.Inspect the package for any visible damage
- 2.If using Cash on Delivery, prepare exact change if possible
- 3.Check items immediately after delivery
- 4.Report any issues within 24 hours
